  1. Knead 400 g plain flour, 1 egg, 180 ml water, ¾ tsp salt 8 minutes and rest 30 minutes. Mix 500 g minced beef, 150 g onion, grated, 50 ml cold water, ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper.

Shape · About 20 min

  1. Roll thin, cut 6 cm circles, add small spoonfuls of filling, fold and seal, joining corners.

Boil · About 10 min

  1. Simmer in 3000 ml water, 1 tsp salt in batches 8–10 minutes until filling reaches 71°C / 160°F. Drain and add 50 g butter, 150 g sour cream.
