  1. Add tomatoes and water from 300 g tomatoes, chopped, 300 ml water, 250 ml coconut milk; simmer covered 25 minutes. Add coconut milk and simmer 10 minutes until chicken reaches 74°C / 165°F. Remove cinnamon.
