- Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add 240 ml finely chopped tomato, 1 tsp ground coriander, ½ tsp kashmiri chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp salt.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently.

- Fold the cooked okra into the sauce.
- Add ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp amchur.
